In this podcast there is a lot of music and songs to entertain kids, my daughter is dancing to the music. They use cartoon and character voices in the beginning of every podcast to I guess draw the children in and make them want to listen to the rest of the podcast. These podcasts are made with a lot of music, jokes, stories, and lots of fun. They have stories about sci-fi, a hyonotist is in one episode, pirates, strange meetings, tours in London and sherlock homes. These are all great topics I think kids would be interested in and could learn a lot from.
The Kidscast podcasts seem to be more engineered rather than talking so much. There are lots of sound effects, characters and digitized music that makes them seem very interesting. These podcasts could be used in the classroom as a regular lesson on reading or language development.
